Need honest advise. please

I spend most of my year on the island of St. Lucia and have nothing to do. Love crappie fishing but only in the states a short time so I have been buying and trying all kinds of hair and different material for the last couple of years to make the perfect jig and give me something to do will I'm away. Settled on a couple of materials although I do cut rabbit zonkers and crosscut and have sold a ton...but going with islandic sheep hair and a wonderful ice flash I found. And also going to use kip tail and this ice flash. In the picture is the jig i am making in 1/8, 1/16, and 1/32 in an assortment of colors. I plan on tying about 2000 jigs this winter and start selling when I return in May.

Question 1. What should I ask for a pack of 5?
Question 2. I know these catch fish because I tore them up this past month but do you think people will buy them?
Question 3. Any advise?

Not looking to make a fortune but want a quality product that catches fish.

This is just a sample with more to come.

No. Just watching and buying bulk when I can find it.

My reaction to this answer = you buy the black jig head/ hair/tinsel in bulk then tie/pkg. If that is accurate, my "costimate" would be $1.50 each or 5 per pack for $6.00.:ThumbsUp

X2, I think that’s a fair price, maybe more if I could see them in person.
I’m trying to say that’s a fair price as far as I can tell from the pics.

The jigs look great and will sell for the price already spoken of with ease.a single pack of $2.25 or 2.50 would also be appropriate. Durability is what folks will judge them by after seeing them catch fish. If they last a good while then I’d say you have a winner. Good job!

I love them. Hair jigs are underrated. At times I believe because they aren’t as pretty as feather jigs. I prefer hair over feather most the times. I see in numerous Facebook groups handties go anywhere from $1.50 to $3.50 for ones with premium painted heads with eyes. $1.50 for one or $6.25 ($1.25 a piece) for five would be what I’d sell them for.

Very nice ties. As an unrelated question, What do you fish for in St Lucia?
