Bayou Black 7.31.21

Went back to the old stomping ground Saturday. Hadn't fished Bayou Black since I moved to Youngsville in 2015. Places that were good then, still hold fish. Did best where the draining marsh water was mixing into the bayous. Caught fish on Garland Baby Shads & Black/chartreuse tube jigs 2' deep. Kept 28 sacs.

That was a good trip.

Yes I am Vet but I don't know much about BB. I've only fished it a few times and never did good. I guess I just don't know where those good places are.
