I just bought a boat motor and trailer from a guy. I have the titles and a bill of sale. I have to wait on the lien release from his bank. The registration on his boat has expired. Will I be ok fishing it as long as I have the bill of sale and titles in the boat, or should I have him get the registration current? He is willing to do it so it's no problem if so.
