Great custmer service at Lews

Shout out to Lews customer service,... I broke my all time favorite Wally Marshall Black Tie 7' rod a few weeks back. I was so bummed out. They dont make em anymore but I had some windshield time and called them on long shot one may be laying around somewhere...they got back to me and said they would send me one.... Today I had a brand new one on my porch. Love my Lews stuff, if you arent fishing them, you should try em out!

I have some Lews rods I really like as well. It’s good when companies stand behind there products and provide good customer service. Glad you were able to get a replacement.
