the crappie are getting on the brush...

I fished moss this morning, they are getting on the brush some, not good yet, 14 to 18 ft range, put 60 crappie in the boat by lunch time and left,vertical jigging, caught one pig! it was 17 3/4 inches long, what a crappie! clean 18 crappie 12 to 14 inches, then cooked a mess for supper, man they were good!

Thanks for sharing CBNC. It's been way too long since I've had a plate of crappie fillets... and it's totally my own fault.
I've spent way too much time chasin' the green fish over the last year... which is certainly about to change.

The last 2 years I been after the big cats... but I'm going to do more crappie fishing this year I hope.
