Caught 12 keepers in 12/15 fow, middle of coves in brush. Used chartrues and white 3" homemade baits and orange 1/4 oz heads. Water temp was 67 to 73. All females full of eggs.

So, they haven't spawned yet. This roller coaster spring weather has made the spawn difficult to cover this year
I have caught females with mushy eggs ready to squirt and with eggs still firm. Still catching males near the rocks at Cheney. 14 incher in the net still had firm eggs, the cat was 5 lbs and near rocks with the crappie - a lengthy battle with 6 lb mono.Attachment 402257Attachment 402258Attachment 402259
