Hola Amigos - been awhile. Finally got to fish, even though it was during a cold front and post spawn phase. Hard to believe I haven't touched a Coppernose since 10 15 19, so Tuesday was a lot of fun.
Marina closed last year so I ended up selling my Bluegill chariot, didn't want to watch it rot in the drive way. Still dodging spine surgery...
Was invited to fish with Tu and his nephew Alex for a few hours on Tuesday. Foggy cool morning - ended up fishing deeper water - 15 to 20 FOW. My two big fish were 11" (on Autos) and I dropped a big one. Tu and Alex went back out, after they dropped me off, and found some big Redear and a 2lb Coppernose (Euro worms and Autos).

Wonderful to see you posting again. Missed seeing those big fish you catch over there as well as the beautiful jigs you make.

Beautiful fish you guys are catching!

It's great to see you got into some big gills despite the weather conditions, I hope you get out and do it again soon. It's been too long in between trips for sure.

So good to see this post today, friend of mine! Glad to hear you got out and hope you’re able to continue to go a little more often. We’ve all missed you and your content, and the fish pics are second to none. I get one 9” and dance where that wouldn’t even get noticed among the monsters you and the crew show on here. Hope all moves in a good direction and you find some relief for the back. My brother had some work done on his back and he was miserable before. Now he’s moving like he should without discomfort and able to be up and around for much longer. Hope that’s in your future. Cool pic of you hiding behind the fish, the real you!
