Disney World Day 2

Feeshed my fav o rite swamp today. AKA da Atchafalaya Spillway.

Conditions were perfect. Water was down a couple feets. Still mixing. Bright blue sky and a nice breeze. Gnats were still there too.

First pitch wuz a big ugly carp. Not a good sign. Worked my spots, found two sacs at one. All da bar feesh ya want catch at another. A lonely green trout at another. Bunch of Goo too. Oh:Doh: put a cat in da box too.

All feesh caught tight line on a black n green n chart tube.

That's a nice Lampropeltis Holbrooki you have there.

Just your friendly Speckled King Snake! I don't care for snakes either but I don't mind the garter snakes or the king snakes. The king snakes will actually eat the venomous snakes like copperheads and cotton mouths so they get a free pass in my book! What's funny is when I was growing up all we had were the scarlet king snakes but now all I see are the speckled king snakes.

Yep! I have learned over the years to try and not harm those, but still don't touch them! They still look deadly to me!!! :dono
