Nice, I like mine fried bone in also, with a room temperature can of pork and beans lid off spoon in and an ice cold coke a cola and chewed tail first. My favorite gourmet meal.

Nice looking catch and meal. Fillets are nice, but learning to eat bone-in fish is important because it is not uncommon to find a bone in a fillet once in awhile. By learning to eat bone-in you will usually detect them much sooner. I clean and prepare them both ways. Broiled, baked, or fried with slaw, beans, corn, or tater salad as a side. Plus the old saying “closer the bone, sweeter the......”.
