Crappie camp

Well it's about time for Crappie camp if anyone is interested. It will be May 14 15 and 16 at Lake Shelbyville as usual. Coon Creek campground is undergoing some upgrades so I don't know if it will be open. But Eagle isn't to far away. We can meet at my place if that works for everyone or do something different if you want. Just let me know.

Basically Crappie camp is just a bunch of crappie fishing lovers that get together for a weekend of fishing and fellowship. We had our first Crappie camp 8 years ago I believe on Lake Shelbyville and continue to have it there every year. We also will have a crankfest in the summer for crankbaiting. There are several campgrounds near the event or a lodge where most people will stay if they have rooms. We provide the main dish for supper on Friday and Saturday depending on what I want to make. We always welcome new people.
