All the crappie holes are locked up tight with the hard water around Wichita Falls.Plus we have close to a foot of snow on the ground. I haven't been out since the 8th. Got a serious crappie itch that needs to be scratched. Come on [emoji274]sun!! Unlock these waters. Hope everyone is making it all right. Yall be safe out there.

its an absolute not fun situation .....i think i am about like you ....heck i cant remember exactly when i last ketched a crappie .
i did try to cast off the bank last Friday and got froze out quick and had to leave
Same here. Last time I was willing to brave the weather was the 8th. The first 45 minutes I caught 4 nice crappie, then the wind shifted to/from the North the crappie disappeared from my slip. After 45 minutes of that cold North wind and lack of bites I decided to follow their example and left myself. White Flag IconQuote:
