Spring Slab Fest at Lake Monroe Park ???

I have seen chatter about having a spring get together. If there is interest in having one, I would be glad to help coordinate it.

I am thinking of April 17 or 24th.

If we can get the help we had last time with the deep frier and side dishes it would be great.

Let me know how you feel and then I will look into booking the park.

good to hear that.

Two thinks that I will need help on for sure, will be the fish frying station and the fish weigh in station.

I’m not equipped with the frying stations, mine are electric and smaller than I think we need. My scale is small, boat style but I’ll use it if we have nothing else.
