Humminbird g4n wifi

Had a talk with humminbird today. My question to the tech was about the wifi connectivity with these new units. I was having trouble finding the Wi-Fi connection listed For my Helix 9 . The lady I spoke with told me that as of now there is no Wi-Fi and they're waiting on a new firmware update which will allow connectivity But when I asked her when that was going to be she said that she had no idea. The outside of the box advertises Wi-Fi And so if there is no Wi-fi I would think that would be considered deceptive advertising. One of the main reasons for purchasing this unit was for the speed of transfer of chartselect and other features via wifi , Just want to know everyone else's experience Who may have purchased one of these units already.

All the advertising copy I have read says, "for future use"

Dunno when that future is, or what they're thinking...

Lowrance uses theirs for both networking and mirroring the display on your personal device, depending upon the model.

When I bought the unit. It said wifi right on the box. Never said anything about future use. Even the advertising says wifi built in. Wi-Fi and Nema 2000 Were supposed to be The add-ons to the 4th gen units. One would think that when they purchase these new units that you should have that capability right out of the box.
