Took a break from duck hunting and went fishing. What a beautiful day on the water. First time I have ever caught a crappie 60 ft down. We were actually looking for walleye but caught a couple small crappie and a bunch of nice white bass. Attachment 393200

You hardly ever see stockton lake water that smooth. Glad you caught some fish.

It was very calm. The eagles were flying and the lions were calling and hardly any boats. I am enjoying learning how to fish in the winter.Quote:

I have been to LOZ a few times in the last month shooting docks and doing decent. Just hadn’t posted. The duck hunting was a little slow. Two of us and we killed 12 ducks and 10 honkers in 5 days.Quote:

Since I moved getting back into it a little. Need a person to visit with next year I would go along. Not real serious though but do like it when their feet are pedaling and wings are set.
