Well Mo, get the ticket book out because I don't have any sac au lait pictures on this post! Well me and a buddy decided we were going to try to catch us some catfish out of the intercoastal Saturday. Launched and ran down to where we wanted to start, got set up and started fishing. Fished about 40 minutes with not much happening. I decided I should tie off the anchor line so it would be ready at our next stop. Well went to tie it off around the TM bracket and I guess I leaned too far to the left and SPLOOSH! I was half in the water! I was hanging on the side of the boat with 1 arm and 1 leg! I know what that crab hanging on the side of the pot feels like now!! I yelled "TODD HELP!" and he came to the front of the boat and helped me get my butt back on the dry side of the boat! Well we fished 1 more spot in the intercoastal after that with only 2 bites and no fish so we went back to the house and dropped the boat off and made a run to a buddy's pond and caught us 8 ditch pickles. Said all that to say this, yes I fell out of the boat (it can happen in a split second!) BUT I HAD ON MY LIFE JACKET! Please wear your PFD, it can literally save your life!!! I would have been much worse off if Todd wouldn't have been with me, so bringing a friend is also a good ideal! Now to get that ladder mounted on the back of my boat!Attachment 392888
