Boat Storage Options - Triangle area/Jordan Lake

I need help finding some affordable storage options for a 14’ Quachita family heirloom. My brother lives in Cary and will be getting the “old boat” we grew up with. He’ll need to put a couple grand in the boat to get it up and going again, and wants to find a covered storage option for the boat. He’s found a place for around $125/month, but we’re hoping to find a more economical option. Any help or suggestions would be most appreciated.

Tw, how old is wash I taw boat ? We have a 17' console 76'-78' at boat shop.

I beleive it is a '74 with a console, one seat up front and one in the back. Wood deck up front that needs to be replaced.
