Finally got to get on the lake for some winter crappie fishing. Got on the water around 1130a and off about 430p. The bait was thick, so the bites were slow. We ended up with about 7 Crappie, 3 jumbo Perch and a nice Striper. All were released for another day.
Water temp was 50 and heavily stained but fishable.

Nice! When you say "jumbo perch", about how big were they? I like eating those tasty critters but having trouble finding big ones near home.
12”-14”, there not all that big but you can get into some really nice ones. I have 11 on at one time last winter and they where all jumbos.
It made for a fun time with my 7 year old.
