It’s cold

But sunny. Rode 74 miles this morning @ 32 degrees, played with the kids and waited for my wife to get home.

Headed out at 4:15, expecting an hour.

Bite was on and off, and I couldn’t cast more than 20 yards due to a tangle. First guy was tiny, but I got one or two respectable ones.

My hands started to freeze, and after dark I realized it was over.

I’m off the rest of the year. Almost every day is spoken for, but hoping to get a few days at the pond.
