12-11-2020 lake blackshear report
We fished blackshear again today. We arrived at the state park around 745 and headed to the channel where we caught fish at yesterday. Water temp was 49 when we started but got up to 56 by 3 when we left. We caught fish in the channel and on the ledges. They were running 15-22 feet deep for the most part. Litewire hooks really helped when we got over brush to keep from losing all our hooks. We ended the day with 60 fine fish! Yesterday was a lot slower and only kept 30 good fish. We didn’t catch many throwbacks either day.
