and seasoned heavily with ...the hardcore carnivore spices blend of 2 types ....Attachment 390383
pecan smoke for most of the day ....225 range ....
just a puffing away .....
wrapped in foil the last couple of hours for the finish ...
bought some mighty fine bar b q sandwich material ....
