Hardware store
Does anyone else have there own hardware store? Now my daughter and wife call it my junk, but I call it my hardware store. This morning the dishwasher started leaking water. I got under there and turned it on which showed me where the leak was. It was a hose going from the inlet valve to the fill spigot. It just so happened that Thursday I had just added a piece of hose to my hardware store. I found it on the ground when I went to get my garbage can at the road. I know it didn't come from mine but maybe from my neighbor's, or someone just walking down the street just knew I would need it soon. Either way I'll take it as given. It was a perfect fit, I just trimmed one end to make it square. Once I found out it was a perfect fit I went back to my store and found two clamps of just the right size. I put the hose on, tightened the clamps, and made the wifey happy. It sure feels good to shop in my own store and the prices are great.

Sometimes things just come together right easy like. I don't have many of them days... but it's sure nice when they happen.
