Terrova Remote Quit Working -Ideas?

Went out this morning an my remote for my Terrova won’t come on. Never had an issue with it before. I replaced battery with a new one and still nothing. Any ideas??

check to see if you have a Trolling motor circuit breaker that might have tripped !!!! it would look like this !!!!

Sometimes the surface where the battery makes contact gets oxidized. Take the eraser from a pencil and clean all mating areas, to include the battery.

I was told that you can reverse the battery in the remote and try to turn it on. It will not come on of course. Then take the battery out and put it in the correct way. See if that resets it.

There is a procedure in your manual for mating the remote to the unit when you buy a new remote. Its worth a try.

I’ve tried reversing the battery. No luck. Just ordered a new remote.

That definitely works. I did that with my Ulterra one time.

Mine is an older Terrova with iPilot. Not Bluetooth is there an app
for the older motors?
