Armadillo Eggs

After a productive day of construction it was time to relax a little. Charlene marinated some chicken thighs in Caribbean jerk marinade and put pieces in half of jalapeños with a slice of red onion and wrapped that in bacon. We put that on the rotisserie in front of the fire place. Attachment 387834
After having a finger food supper she said she was getting a little chilly so I figured I would get rid of some scrap lumber and warm her up. This was a 250 gal propane tank 3/16 steel I have it breathing fire out of the chimney and glowing red in the back. Attachment 387836
