I have been running the 93sv 2years. Thinking about the 1022 don't have room for a 12". Only use garmin for livescope, would like input from those who have 1022. Picture quality, the 1" larger screen is there enough difference to change. Talking with people the new units with ultra is only on the transducer for 2d, side imaging. So is the one inch worth the change?
I cant speak to the 1022 but i just upgraded to the 1222 from a 93sv.....so far i am that impressed. I feel like i got much better images from my 93sv. I now have the ghost tree image many talk about and no matter what I try it doesn't go away. It is very annoying. Im hoping i figure something out but so far im not happy with my "upgrade"

I have the 8610xsv with glass screen and max pixels. Unbelievable detail and performance. Only way I will go in the future is larger. Huge difference in my 8610 and former 1022. Bit more money but well worth it, IMHO.

I just ordered the 93sv UHD livescope bundle. I would have loved a larger screen but money is significantly higher for just a few inches of screen.
