Barren??

Was planning on taking the family camping at bailey's point the week of Oct 5. Never fished that area so asking for suggestions. If not crappie, my son would love to get into some hybrids if they're around. He loves catching white bass. I have fished around the narrows but it's been 15+ years ago.

If you have GPS capability on your electronics, this map can help. Barren is in the middle of a 3 year fish habitat placement program put in progress Fish & Wildlife. The beds will not disappoint if your looking for crappie. Hybrid can be found between the two islands just to the east of the boat ramp of Bailey.
