Dads 87th Birthday Trip

Took him out on Beaver For a few hours this morning. We launched at 6:30 and he dropped his favorite color (Black Bubblegum) in, and before we even got up to trolling speed he caught a short one. Told him he must have picked the right color Today and he reminded me that it was a good color any day😊. I ran the boat and manned the net an watched him catch the fish. They were starting to bite about 9:00 but we had made plans to quit at 10:00. I enjoy taking him and wish we could go more often,But this is the first time this year he has felt good enough to get out on the water. We didn’t exactly tear them up but the memories outlast the catch.
