Frabill Magnum Bait System - 13 Qt.
I received one of these for Christmas. The tank is great but the pump is terrible. After using it several times the pump quit working. I called Frabill about problem and was told that they were out of stock on pumps. They said that they couldn't take an order for a replacement pump and I'd have to keep calling until they get them back in stock and they'd send me one. After multiple calls and waiting for two months they finally sent a replacement pump. I used that pump twice and it's also quit working. I called again this morning and got same story. Rep said no pumps in stock and we can't take your name to ship one to you when they come in so keep calling back until we have some and we'll ship one if you call before we run out again. Therefore, I have to keep remembering to call back. Frabill won't refund the purchase price unless it's bought from them and I don't have a receipt since it was a gift. Their customer service on this product is a joke.
