Hi, I received a new LiveScope and installed it on my boat, This is my second one, so installation was correct and everything hooked up correct. I turned everything on, black box was blinking green and the 93sv said = Remove the unsupported device from Panoptix port. Of course I went though everything to be sure all connections were correct & tight. My 93sv has supported another one so I am puzzled. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Blinking green means the GLS10 is "happy", and is connected to the 93sv. Maybe the new GLS10 has a real old SW version on it? Can you pull up the sw version info on the 93? Only thing that comes to mind is a SW mismatch. Post the versions?
The 93 was working with another LS, and I updated it. My unit says that i need to remove the unsupported devices from the Panoptic port. I am assuming that there is something wrong with the network cable, but surly do not know. I appreciate your comment and help. I was hoping to use it this weekend, but it's going to happen, Garmin closed on weekends. Regards.

I sent it back to Garmin, I will let you know.
Did you update software on both 93 and gls?
