Does anybody shoot docks in Bella Vista or on Beaver?

I decided to try shooting docks this year. I’ve tried every Bella Vista lake, and quite a few docks around Prairie Creek on Beaver.

I’ve not caught a single crappie under a dock, only bass, cats, and green sunfish.

Has anybody else has any success shooting docks on Northwest Arkansas lakes?

I love the look of it and try to do it but I’m absolutely horrible at it! That being said, I see several guys tearing them up on Beaver

What part of Beaver have you seen them? I’m real good at the technique; I just can’t find any docks with Crappie. I typically use a Bobby Garland baby shad.

Really about all the way from Montne to Bluesprings which is the span I primarily fish.
Do you have side scan? Sure does save a bunch of time.

Thanks. No, I don’t have side scan. I need to get down that way. Do you ever fish the Hwy 412 bridge pilings, or the bridge that crosses the Blue Springs cove?

Live scope or side scan sure helps locate the fish !:fish

I fish Beaver quite a bit and I just don't see that many fish around docks. However I usually avoid the middle to northern parts of the lake due to the gin clear water. I have heard guys talk about fishing and catching more off docks in those areas.
