Went to North River in NC today and wound up with 17 racoon perch and 4 very nice crappie (11-13 in). Not a whole lot to brag about but it sure was nice to get out. To top the day off, I had the pleasure of meeting Brad (Squirrel Hunter).

Nothing wrong with 17 and 4. I went Saturday here on the James for a Skunk. Since all this is new to me, it was good just to get out. Tried out my new rods and rod holders. The weather has been really good to us. Spring is coming.
