Trinity river down town Ft worth

a few hundred yards from where i call work is a spot i sometimes stop in on and grab a few fish .
i have started carrying a really light 2 lb test xtralite set up to play with the sunfish in my truck most of the time .
lunchtime sunfish are pretty fun . i managed a good number yesterday from tight to the bank to out in around 6 foot of water .
crappie nibbles on a number 6 jig head 1/32 and a tiny homemade float .
one of the fish was a splendidly colored hybrid .
hope you enjoy the peeks at a few of the 25 or so i got to hold .

I bought a boat so I can't afford a truck. If I do buy a truck I will buy the built in live well option just in case I need to keep fish in there.
