I bought an old wooden hull with a Johnson 35 on it and thus the lessons begin. He finally got to liking fishing and boating so much that he bought his own. He was in his late 50's then and he used that rig to salt water fish and shrimp until the motor gave out. He then bought another motor and ran it untill he was 75, the age I am now. He then retired from fishing and spent his last 17 years on the bank. He had wore himself out, especially with the shrimping. Rest in peace Dad, it was fun while it lasted.
