Walmart has some nice small boxed with dividers and latches in their fishing department. Seems like they would fit in your vest or a tackle box.

I also use small Plano boxes. They have lots of sizes. If you Wade fish a premium must be put on the weight you put in your vest or fanny pack. It is easy to become a pack mule if you don’t watch it. I go back and forth between a fanny pack or a vest. Right now it is a vest and I think it is too hot on the stream. If you look at what you really use on a 3-4 hour wade a lot can be eliminated.

I love those boxes and use them a lot for my steelhead fishing as well as my Kayak setups. That being said there compartments are not big enough for even small spinner baits. I fish a lot wading as well as out of my kayak. when I fish I carry small bags wit just enough to cover the day. Id like to finds a small round box the would work. Not sure I need more than one compartment that I can stack there baits.
Take a Plano 6-24 box (hope the number is right). Don't put the dividers in one section. Notch out the permanent divider in several places down one of the dividers - space the notches about 1/2 inch apart. Then you can lay a small spinnerbait or beetle spin with the point of the arm in the notch. The blade will be on one side and the body will be on the other. This will allow the lid to close and will hold everything in place when traveling. Do this on one row and then use the dividers in the rest of the box to hold other lures, hooks, etc.
A couple of Copenhagen cans work good!
