I’m looking for jigs or lures that will catch bluegill I’ve tried a bunch of different ones without much luck. Live bait works but would love to catch some on jigs or lures.

1/16 or 1/32 oz Beetle spin replace the original jig head with small chartreuse jig head with a red, white, and chartreuse tube, trim the tail to about a 1/4” behind the hook bend. Trimming the tail will improve hookup to strike ratio drastically. Vary retrieve speed till you figure out what they want. I can usually out catch crickets or worms with it.

we use the trout magnet 1/64th jig with a soft chartreuse plastic body and a yellow crappie nibble and doing real well on blue gills...
There is a tiny jig some swear by called a '' Rockhopper ''
Original grizzly jig has one that looks like a cricket. I’ve used it after locating with live ones.

Same as all the others have said. The general theme is go small. You won't have trouble getting bream and bluegill to strike.... You just have to have small enough tackle so they can get the jig/hook into their mouths. A big bream on a 10ft jig pole is good fun!
I like to use 16th onz Roostertails. Black in clear water. Brown in others.
Use the jig head by bob garland
Called itty bits. I think they are 1/48th.
IMO for gills no other jig head compares. Works good with the micro plastics or tube jigs with 1/2 the legs pinched off.
Also a great jig head for hand tying your own. I prefer dark colors.
They don’t have to be fancy, just dark and keep it moving.
With a short tail so the hook goes in the mouth on the first strike.
