Rod Holder Basket
I am looking for some baskets to put on my rod holders. I guess I am getting to old and fat to bend over and pick up stuff from the floor. The baskets would be handy to keep crappie nibbles, coffee cup, etc. more accessible. I am sure some of you guys have theses. I have looked but really haven't seen anything I thot would work well. What do you guys use?

I opted for the minner bucket tray after a trial and error with the baskets. Now a little background on why this doesn’t work for me...OCD. I use 6 16 ft Jenko Spider troll rods, 6 lb crappie maxx line, 1/2 oz egg sinker w 1/16 oz jig heads so that every rod always looks the same. Helps me distinguish a bite. The tray caused my tips to bounce around any time I dug in it. This keeps my bucket from tipping and all my goodies stay in the divider. It’s a personal preference.

Sounds like a good set up that works well for you. OCD affects us all a little differently. It's interesting to see how others do things. I learn alot from seeing different setups. I use 16 and 14 ft BnM trolling rods rigged similarly. I like all mine to look the same and for the same reason. Sometimes I vary how much weight and push faster rather than pull. We use 2 oz weights to push cranks sometimes too. What kind of baskets did you use? Where did you get them? Thank you for sharing.

Have you looked here on the Sponsor for sale pages? The guy at CNC manufacturing has exactly what you need! He's got one to mount on a Millennium seat, or on your rod holder. Check him out!

Here's another option, just a simple clamp-on cupholder, could add a hose clamp if the stock spring clamps aren't strong enough:

We splurged at academy and cut the suction cups off this beauty. Two zip ties later it was very effective.
