Good news with a twist
My Dr. went over my scans yesterday and felt real good about them. He decided to put me on 1 week on and 1 week off chemo which is a big change from 3 straight on with 1 off. This will let me recover more fully each week and maybe gain some strength back.
The twist? The tumor in my liver has has not shrunk any. It's no bigger and the markers dropped from 92 to 9. That's what had him excited and why he felt comfortable with the change.
I don't really understand what "markers" are so I can only hope it's all good.
In any event I didn't have chemo yesterday so I'm feeling OK tiday.
