Something Olde ,Something New ,Something Borrowed and ....

Something Blue , of course I wasn't a bride but in the end I am married to two wives :yikes
My one wife is jealous of my second wife I might just mention :Rofl
So even though both marriages have their individual ups and downs I never forget the magic combinations to keep me lucky .
What was the old part you might ask , me and my friend of course
what was the new part is next , the little baby mallards
Then you might wonder what was borrowed ...a Zebco slingshot combo is that answer
and in the end ….something blue ...yep a borrowed blueheaded handtie ….
and KABOOM is the word yawl :highfive
Hit mister Ez's place to drop off bamboo at lunch break yesterday and the wind kept us from setting it out on the lake .
So we stashed said boo in his boat slips and even though I didn't have time to wet a jig ….whatever! rotfl
I borrowed a Zebco slingshot combo from his boat and borrowed a pretty blueheaded handtie ….
and MAN OH MAN did they hit that thing FAST AND HARD …..
left em biting and wind milled them crappie fish for about 30 minutes I did
not many larger fish but for sure what the doctor ordered :cheers2

Just so you weren't married to two of them, at the same time, lol. Will say for myself, that I sure do miss the guy's outing, at the docks. Hopefully, we will get to see more this year.

thanks for the reads and kind words everyone and YES we are missing our hang around together weekly visits for sure .
at least 2 of us have wives that are right on the edge of crazy over this pandemic thing and got us guys kinda nervous about it as well .
the life we led up to this point was very different than the one we lead now .
I still get to go out a bit ,but it is preferred for me to go at it alone and that's the COMPLETE opposite of what she wanted before this new viral world we live in :banghead

Got a kid in Minn. that keeps me on edge too... Because she keeps Mama on edge... if I lived closer I would help with the boo fho sho!:fish

I love using blue when crappie fishing,,,what brand jig are those?
