Weekend of May 8th??

I went fishing at LOZ last weekend and tore them up on the 21mm. Almost all in 2-5feet of water. 50/50 males to female ratio.

How do you all think the fishing and such will be on the weekend of May 8th? I am going down that weekend. I feel like they will still be super thumping and popping.

I doubt they'll still be spawning but it's always good fishing. Shoot docks. Plenty of docks on LOZ. Be ware of all the weekend pleasure boaters..... They're already out think... "Quarantining" down at their lake houses...

Thanks! And I’m aware of the traffic and pleasure boaters. I’ve never seen traffic like that in mid April in my 20 years going down around then. It was crazy!!!

Seriously!! They are out thick. Went out today and it was even busy middle of the week. Still caught fish though

It should be the tail end of the spawn, but I think there's a good chance you'll find some shallow males (white crappie).
