Tried spider rigging today. Only caught five females. They had spawned already. Fishing 17 to 20 feet of water about four feet deep over flooded bushes.

What was the water temp ?
That's enough for supper!!!! I hope to get on the water some next week, time to long line or power troll some jigs!!!!

I used my Panoptic not Live scope, to find the brush and see how deep the tops were. Could not see the fish in the bushes but could see them come up to the minnows. Some one with Live scope might be able to see the fish in the bushes and drop right on top of them.Quote:
