Tough windy day , had lots of trouble finding fish and even worse trying to stay on them in the wind . Kept a limit when wind layed some . Same Huckabee Phantom rod , Timmy Tom insert jig head rigged with a purple/chartreuse Umbrella tube .No big ones today . Biggest were 1.80 and 1.87 lbs today. Saw some Crappie.com guys out there today . Asked me what color I was using .:Rofl

Hey, I'm from Missouri and even I know what color Nimrod used. Congrats.
People have told me for years you can't use same bait/ color all the time . I seldom ever use anything but Timmy Tom Insert jig heads with a Southern Pro Umbrellas Tube in purple/chartreuse :biggrin That has caught a few fish in last 20 years .:twocentsQuote:

I use two colors....one of them is what you use....i save the other color to use when the fish don't bite yours:biggrin
