The problem is that we have a huge excess of water in the entire Mississippi River System so we will not get much relief for the rest of April. A ray of hope is that the Corps is predicting in May a drop in the levels at every gauge along the entire Mississippi and Ohio Rivers. Hopefully, we return to normal by the end of May but the way it has been going I wouldn't bet on it.
