Grilled Goodies

Tonight’s meal is in the regular rotation of warm weather fare as I enjoy cooking outside whenever possible. Seasoned Salmon, fresh shucked corn and bacon wrapped asparagus on the Weber charcoal grill is one of the wife’s favorite.

A little Hickory Smoke filled the afternoon air, and soon everything finished up nicely.

Would this cook work with Walleye? Crappie? On the foil, it could work. Enjoy.
