My wife shocked me yet again tonight.
We were babysitting 3 of our 5 grandkids tonight. I turned on a Crappie fishing show to break up the kids show madness. This episode was shot on Truman Lake, MO. She looks at me and goes, how far is Truman Lake? 5 hours was my reply. She goes, we should go some time...

Who is this women?
What happened to the princess I married?
When did she start enjoying the outdoors, camping, and fishing?
Don't get me wrong, I like this new version.

Before I got too excited, I'd look at the next two bank and credit card statements. If you run into a surprise, it doesn't mean she still doesn't love you.

Every time I buy something new of the fishing nature or for the boat, I hear...What more fishing stuff. You have a one track mind don't you...
