I grew up on Truman and fished it hard, I mean weekly with my grandad until I moved away to join the service. Moved back and fished it hard several more years until I moved to KC. Caught one tiny walleye below Truman damn years ago. I'm amazed at how many walleyes are caught around the state lakes now.
