Cajun Fryer, 2 Basket, 4 Gallon by R&V Works gets a lot of good reviews across multiple websites from personal accounts. I do not have one or am I affiliated with them in any way but a couple guys I know that cook for Street Fairs use that brand and swear by them.

I have the 6 gallon and it’s great. I’m sure the 4 gallon is good too. I’ve had mine for 11 years now.

2 of my friends have this one for a couple of years and more than happy with them. About same thing but a lot cheaper than the Cajun.
