Thanks for the report, I really miss that lake. Used to have a boat back in catawba creek(seven oaks). Any size to those white perch? I've heard they've stunted in recent years. Wouldn't mind making a trip down there again.
I like that area. I know some guys who nightstalked the seven oaks bridge several times last year with huge crappie success. The perch I find up in withers cove are consistently large. Milk creek tooQuote:

That's good to know. I booked a catfish trip with a guide on wylie back in december and he said the white perch were all stunted on wylie now. Glad to hear that isn't the case.

Thanks for the good information! We used to get a big run of jumbo perch through seven oaks in march. I bet they are still going to be there this year. Might have to make the trip down again.
