You are not "required" to bring anything to attend the event. Also include the total number of people in your party, so we'll have an idea of how many people will be attending (in order to insure we'll have enough food & items for everyone).

In the event that you volunteer to bring something & something comes up that keeps you from attending, contact me by PM as soon as possible so that item can be replaced by another volunteer.

Pappy, I've decided I need to see all of you guys. I will be bringing a crock pot full of 'Chuckwagon beans'. They are a meal by themselves. I will also bring/give away a special item that I make for the cooks to use in every house. Need to know how many people you expect. My plan is to give everyone a set of 'Willhoits' at the event(I currently have 50 sets if this will cover all you expect). I will not be fishing since I'm selling my boat unless I do some bank fishing. But, look forward to finally meet the people within our group, eating some good food and talk. Put me in to attend and another person for the event.
