some of my best ever trips were with in sight of a boat ramp.
my buddy who guides for stripers managed his pb striper on Whitney a few hundred yards from the ramp on a small hump .
and often I hit them in the dark during the spawn .
another good bud fishes lake fork within sight of the ramp just like SK
you can sure enough save on fuel looking for fish right when you hit the water :highfive
