We both love to fish. Usually we are taking our children fishing but this year we are planning on taking a fishing trip together. Looking at catching brem and crappie. Kinda interested in a private lake / cottage situation. End of March biggining of April let me know if you know of anything. Checked out kingfisher in NC, but too expensive.
Kentucky is full of wonderful places at reasonable rates. I don't know how far you want to travel but you might check it out.

Sounds like an awesome vacation
east texas has a cabin style vacation/retreat with some ponds full of big bluegill that I hear is really nice , the name slips my memory and it isn't advertised much but I have heard tell its a real fun spot to stay and ketch lots of fish .
real quiet and private from what I heard tell .
