That’s how many slabs we caught. Caught them on a naked pink roadrunner tipped with shiners. Largest one 1.77 pounds.

That’s how many bluegills I caught. I caught then on a pink headed George Jones jig. What is a George Jones jig, it’s one tied with possum fur. lol
Where you ask, Lake St John where we spent two wonderful nights with a delightful young lady of 93 years old. We saw some of the most beautiful sunrises right out her den window while we sat warmly drinking coffee.

You have to talk a possum out of it. I know, I’m a smart a$$. But really I bought a tanned hide off of eBay a few years ago for $1. It had no reserve and no one bid but I. I’ll post some pictures tomorrow after I get my tackle out of the van.
